Hawboldt Industries' Welding and Assembly Shops include gas metal arc, (flux core wire) for welding aluminum, steel and stainless steel.
Cutting equipment includes an NC plasma-arc and acetylene burning table as well as arc-air capabilities. Welders are certified to CWB W47.1, W47.2 and W59. Crane capacity of 20 tonnes. |

Hawboldt Industries' Hydraulic Shop features a test stand with a 125 HP main drive and 5000 psi constant pressure capacity. It has the capacity to perform complete dynamic testing of hydraulic equipment in either an open or closed loop. Hydraulic cylinder hone, millipore patch test equipment and a fully equipped service van are also available.
Hydraulic technicians are certified by the Fluid Power Society. |

Contains both electric induction and oil fired furnaces with 1500 lb. capacity for pouring brass, bronze alloys and aluminum.

Hawboldt Industries' propellor shop is capable of manufacturing monoblock propellers to 70" diameter in manganese, bronze and nickel aluminum bronze. The shop also repairs monoblock and CP propeller blades to ISO 484 standards. |
